UCB embARC Program Concluded
I just returned from a fantastic month spent at UC Berkeley for the embARC program. It is a summer residential program focused on architecture, design, and sustainable city planning. During my time there, I was immersed in environmental design education and earned Berkeley college credit! My group spent lots of time in an architectural design studio and listening to lectures from inspiring people pushing boundaries in the environmental design world. I highly recommend the program for anyone who is interested in sustainable planning and design. Everyone completes their own capstone project at the end of the course and presents it in front of a panel of experts in the field, which I liked because it put my knowledge to the test and proved that the experience I gained was applicable in a real-world environment.
